Brittany Muhealddin is the founder of MillennialFuel. She has been on the service and corporate side of the restaurant industry since 2003. She started working in pizzerias in 2004 and then in the full-service industry in 2005, providing service in more upscale restaurants came in 2009.
As a service worker, she realized many businesses lack the connection with their community and customers. You should know your local repeat customers by name, provide exceptional service to new customers and an overall “family” experience to all.
After graduating from Loyola University in Chicago with bachelor’s degrees in public relations and advertising, she started working in the non-profit and healthcare sectors in branding and digital marketing.
In 2012, Brittany was hired as the Social Media Manager for a national food franchise system and served as the Director of Marketing Communications for Rosati’s Franchising, Inc., a national pizza chain with a little under 200 restaurants, headquartered in Chicago until 2016.
At Rosati’s is where she realized she enjoyed working with multi-unit companies. It was never a dull moment, there was always work to be done, it was a fast-paced environment and it never got boring. With so many different personalities and business mentalities within the franchise system, it was a challenge to bring all 150+ franchises together to keep the brand image upheld. With limited funds and resources, Brittany tremendously increased sales for franchisees and their local restaurants by implementing an integrated POS, online ordering, e-mail marketing, and rewards/loyalty program. She directed the incorporation of traditional and digital media and is currently executing a seamless media buying and print on demand solution for franchisees to purchase media and marketing materials while maintaining brand identity. Brittany fosters the franchisor-franchisee relationship through weekly newsletters, monthly webinars, and a yearly franchisee summit. She also works with the VP of Franchise Development on online marketing initiatives for franchisee acquisition.
Since joining Rosati’s in 2012, the franchise broke into the full-service restaurant category with a sports pub concept. Rosati’s grew from 120 to 200 locations in 13 states and is now part of Entrepreneur’s Franchise 500®.
Rosati’s Pizza is also included in:
• Top 250 Restaurant Social Media Index
• PMQ’s “Pizza Hall of Fame“
• Pizza Today’s “Top 20 Pizza Companies”
• Franchise Gator’s “Top 100 Franchises”

• Technomic’s “Top 500 Leading US Chain Restaurants”
• The Daily Herald’s “Best Thin-crust Pizza In The Chicagoland Area”
After leaving Rosati’s in 2016, she became a digital marketing manager for an expanding multi-unit company with 45 locations. She grew the online digital presence throughout their expansion. Revenues from pay-per-click campaigns, email marketing, and social media totaled 3.2MM.
Brittany left the corporate world in 2017 to specialize in digital marketing and eCommerce consulting for franchisees and small business owners. She now runs her own eCommerce store iloveclothesandmore.com and works with various small business owners throughout the Chicagoland area, managing their digital and traditional advertising.
